Stockist Policy

We reserve the right to decline any application or order that we do not consider to be from a genuine trade customer. We may also refuse to supply potential customers whose location could negatively affect an existing stockist. We may allow more than one stockist per town on the basis that one carries White Leaf, the other carries Last True Angel.

We are happy to supply online-only retailers at our discretion, subject to approval of the website on which our products will be listed. However, our products must not be sold on online marketplaces such as Ebay & Amazon.

Orders & Delivery

There’s no minimum order value when shopping with us. However, you will notice a minimum of two units per style for jewellery and accessories throughout our site.

When placing your order, please select your preferred delivery method. We may occasionally adjust this depending on the size or weight of your order to ensure the best shipping option.

Payment isn’t taken through the website. Once you’ve placed your order, we’ll be in touch to confirm stock availability and send a proforma invoice. If any items aren’t available for immediate delivery, we’ll contact you again as soon as they’re ready to ship.

We don’t charge carriage on back orders — even if you decide to add more items later! And as a little bonus, all orders over £500 will qualify for free carriage.
